Withdrawal by the customer
(Cancellation, cancellation) / failure to use the hotel's services (no show)
The customer can only withdraw from the contract, concluded with the hotel, free of charge, if the following deadlines are met:

For the apartments Zehn.Eins, Zehn.Zwei and Zehn.Drei, cancellations up to 7 days before the day of arrival are free of charge. If cancelled within the 7 days before arrival, the guest pays 80 % of the total price.
In case the hotel and the customer make an appointment to withdraw from the contract, the customer can cancel free of charge until then without any payment- or compensation-claims by the hotel. The right of withdrawal of the customer expires if he does not exercise his right in time.
If the right of withdrawal has already expired, there is also no statutory right of withdrawal and if the hotel does not agree to a cancellation of the contract, it is entitled to the agreed remuneration in spite of non-use. The customer is free to prove that the aforementioned claim is not in the required amount. The hotel got the revenue of other renting of the rooms as well as the saved expenses to be taken into account.
